Is Dog Bus safe for my dog?
Absolutely. Dogs ride secured with a harness and seatbelt, are supervised at all times, and play only on our private, fully enclosed land.
What dogs can join Dog Bus?
All dogs must have a current rabies vaccination, and dogs over 12 months must be fixed. We carefully manage groups by size and temperament, with separate areas available for dogs that are small or need their own space.
Can I reschedule or change a booking?
Yes. Bookings can be changed up to 48 hours before pickup. Changes within 48 hours are still charged.

How long are my Dog Bus tickets valid for?
Tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
What areas do you service?
Taipei, New Taipei (Yonghe, Zhonghe, Banqiao, Sanchong, Luzhou, Xinzhuang, Xindian, Tucheng, Xizhi, Taishan, Wugu, Shulin, Linkou and Tamsui) Outside this area? Contact us.
What is your refund policy?
Early Bird tickets are fully refundable if requested before our official opening date. After launch, tickets are non-refundable.
