Success Stories

Through consistent care and a suitable environment, we witness the true transformation in dogs.

  • 'My Husky was lucky enough to join during the Dog Bus trial period. While I'm at work, the Dog Bus takes care of him, and when I come home in the evening, I'm greeted by a calm and happy dog.'

    Challenge

Snowball was often alone and barked nervously around other dogs, unsure whether to play or retreat.

    Solution

After joining Dog Bus, Snowball gained confidence and was happily playing with other dogs within two weeks.

    Emily, Snowball's Mom

  • 'My Shiba Inu used to wreck the house. We were lucky to try Dog Bus before it launched, and it truly changed everything. Now, life is better for both her and me. ❤️'

    Challenge

This Shiba lacked exercise and socialization, becoming overweight, anxious, and reactive around other dogs.

    Solution

After joining Dog Bus, regular exercise and socialisation improved their weight, confidence, and emotional stability.

  • '小龍女 got to try Dog Bus before it officially opened. Every time she came home, she was exhausted but happy—quiet and easygoing. It's a world of difference.'

    Challenge

小龍女 is very energetic, but her daily 30-minute walk wasn't enough. Her owner wants her to get more exercise and stimulation.

    Solution

After joining Dog Bus, 小龍女 gets plenty of weekday exercise and comes home calm and satisfied.

    Emily,

    Jennie,

The daily life urban dogs truly need

The daily life urban dogs truly need

Over 75% of dogs show signs of depression or chronic anxiety. Barking, nervousness, destructive behavior, or poor social skills aren't “bad behavior”— they're symptoms of insufficient stimulation. This is precisely where Dog Bus can help.

Just like humans, dogs need exercise, stimulation, and genuine social interaction to stay healthy. Dog Bus makes it easy. We transport dogs to private, enclosed grounds outside Taipei City, where they can run, explore, sniff, and socialize with other dogs in a natural setting. After the outing, dogs are cleaned and returned home relaxed, happy, and usually fast asleep the moment they arrive.

Dog Bus Service Process

How it works

Service hours are Monday through Saturday: Morning pickup (7:00–8:30, subject to daily route scheduling) → Playtime at Dog Bus Private Nature Park → Evening drop-off (5:30–7:00 PM)

1

Purchase tickets

Purchase a ticket for your dog to ride the Dog Bus, then contact us via LINE or email to arrange a suitable date and confirm the pickup location.

2

Door-to-door transportation

Door-to-door pick-up and home return by Dog Bus. Our specially customised vehicle is designed for safe, comfortable dog transport. A professional caregiver accompanies every journey, ensuring security, reducing travel stress, and helping dogs feel calm and reassured throughout the trip.

3

Adventure time!

Upon arrival at our private, fully fenced nature park, each dog starts with a calm acclimation period and is placed into the most suitable zone. Activities are then tailored to their temperament and social confidence, with supervised play and enrichment at their own pace.

4

Happy home, happy life

After a full day of exercise and social enrichment, dogs return home calm, balanced, and content. Most settle quickly, feeling relaxed, satisfied, and ready to rest.

Meet the Founder of Dog Bus

Oliver, Founder of Dog Bus

I grew up on an Australian farm, working closely with trained working dogs from a young age. Animal care has always been a central part of my life. I have completed professional working dog training and hold certification in canine first aid. While living in New York, I saw firsthand how urban environments restrict dogs’ movement and social needs. When dogs are finally given space to run, explore, and interact, their behaviour changes — anxious dogs become calm and confident. After seven years living in Taipei, I observed the same pattern. Many city dogs are full of energy but lack environments truly suited to their nature. These are not difficult dogs — they are under-stimulated dogs. I created Dog Bus to change that, and to give urban dogs healthier, happier lives.
